## Madden 27 Ballers League Official Rulebook## 1. Game Settings & Clock Management * Play Style: The league game style must be set to Competitive (Comp). * Quarter Length: All games must be played with 6-minute quarters. * Accelerated Clock: The accelerated clock setting must be turned off. ## 2. Coach & Playbook Restrictions * Head Coaches: You must use a custom coach only. * Coordinators: You may use a regular/existing coach for your Offensive or Defensive Coordinator. * Playbooks: Custom playbooks are permitted. ## 3. Gameplay & Realism Rules * Defensive Hovering: You are strictly prohibited from hovering over the center or any other position on defense to glitch blockers, disrupt assignments, or unnaturally throw off offensive coverages. * Nano Blitzing: Nano blitzes or sending unblockable, glitched pressure setups are completely banned. * Blitz Restrictions: You must not blitz constantly on every single play. Mixing up your coverages is required to avoid fatiguing, messing up, or misaligning your players. * Play Cooldown: There is a strict 3-play cooldown enforced on both offense and defense. * Play Spamming: Do not spam the same plays repeatedly. * No-Huddle: Spamming the no-huddle offense is strictly prohibited. * Motion Rules: Motion spamming is not allowed. If a play has designed, built-in motion, it is perfectly fine to use. However, you must not use manual motion to glitch or unnaturally throw off man coverage. The league prioritizes realistic football simulation. ## 4. Fourth Down Regulations * Own Territory (Below the 50): You may only go for it on 4th down if it is 4th and 1 or less. * Opponent Territory (Past the 50): You may go for it on 4th down if it is 4th and 3 or less. * Blowout Exception: If you are trailing by 21 points or more, you are permitted to go for it on 4th down at any time, regardless of field position or yardage. ## 5. Communication & Scheduling * Force Wins: If you are actively attempting to schedule and communicate, and your opponent fails to respond within 24 hours, you will be awarded a force win. * Fair Sims: If neither player makes an effort to communicate or schedule the game, the matchup will be simulated as a Fair Sim. ## 6. Disconnection & Network Issues * First Half Disconnection: The game must be completely replayed from the beginning, unless one user is thoroughly blowing out their opponent at the time of the disconnect. * Second Half Disconnection (Tied Game): If the game is tied or close, both players will load into a new game and play exactly one half (two quarters) of football. The points scored in that half will determine the final winner. * Second Half Disconnection (Blowout): If a clear blowout is occurring in the second half and a disconnection happens, the player who was winning will automatically be awarded the victory
