In a tightly contested matchup, the New York Giants narrowly defeated the Houston Texans 23-22 in Week 7 of the 2026 season. With playoff implications looming, both teams fought hard, but it was the Giants who emerged victorious in a thrilling finish. Giants quarterback Jaxson Dart led the charge with a standout performance, throwing for 226 yards and two touchdowns. Meanwhile, running back Cam Skattebo showcased his skills on the ground, racking up 134 rushing yards to keep the Texans' defense on its heels. Wide receiver Malik Nabers also contributed significantly, making key receptions for 78 yards. Defensively, the Giants were bolstered by Tremaine Edmunds, who notched nine total tackles, effectively shutting down Houston's offensive drives. The turning point came late in the fourth quarter when a crucial interception by Calen Bullock of the Texans fell short of changing the momentum, allowing the Giants to hold onto their slim lead and secure the win.
