KaVontae Turpin emerged as a key target, racking up 150 receiving yards and proving to be a nightmare for the Commanders' secondary. Meanwhile, Jayden Daniels struggled to find any rhythm, managing only 21 rushing yards as the Dallas defense effectively shut down Washington’s offensive efforts. The Cowboys' defense was relentless, with Jaishawn Barham leading the charge with four total tackles, while Quinnen Williams added 1.5 sacks to disrupt the Commanders' game plan. The turning point came early in the second quarter when DaRon Bland intercepted a pass, setting the tone for Dallas's dominant performance. With a balanced attack on both sides of the ball, the Cowboys not only secured the win but sent a clear message to the rest of the league.
