The Denver Broncos claimed a decisive 38-23 victory over the Jacksonville Jaguars in Week 2 of the 2026 season. With both teams looking to establish momentum early in the year, Denver's performance showcased their offensive firepower and strategic execution. Leading the charge for the Broncos was quarterback Bo Nix, who threw for 202 yards and four touchdowns, proving to be a consistent threat throughout the game. RJ Harvey contributed significantly on the ground with 56 rushing yards, while the Broncos’ offensive line provided solid protection, allowing Nix to find his rhythm. Despite a standout performance from Parker Washington, who racked up 135 receiving yards for Jacksonville, it wasn't enough to overcome Denver's scoring barrage. Defensively, the Broncos were impactful, with Jonathon Cooper recording two sacks that disrupted Jacksonville's offensive flow. The turning point came late in the first half when Cooper's pressure led to an interception by the Broncos, halting a promising Jaguars drive and allowing Denver to extend their lead. The combination of timely defensive plays and a potent offensive display ultimately sealed the victory for the Broncos.
