The Tennessee Titans took down the New York Giants with a commanding 28-9 victory in Week 3 of the 2026 season. This win solidified the Titans' position as a formidable contender early in the season, while the Giants struggled to find their footing. Ryan Tannehill was the star of the game, throwing for 258 yards and three touchdowns, showcasing his efficiency and poise in the pocket. A.J. Green was his top target, racking up an impressive 139 receiving yards, proving to be a constant threat to the Giants' secondary. Although Derrius Guice managed only 48 rushing yards, his contributions helped keep the Giants' defense honest throughout the game. Defensively, the Titans made key plays to stifle the Giants' offense, highlighted by Vic Beasley Jr.'s sack, which disrupted New York's rhythm. The game’s turning point came in the second quarter when Tannehill connected with Green for a touchdown that extended Tennessee's lead to 21-3. The Giants couldn't recover from that momentum swing, ultimately falling short against a disciplined Titans defense.
