The Houston Texans topped the Tennessee Titans with a commanding 38-20 victory in Week 5 of the 2026 season. With this win, the Texans solidified their standing in the division, showcasing their offensive prowess against a struggling Titans defense. C.J. Stroud was the star of the night, throwing for 378 yards and five touchdowns, demonstrating both precision and power in the passing game. Tank Dell was Stroud's primary target, racking up 113 receiving yards and proving to be a reliable weapon. On the ground, David Montgomery contributed with 38 rushing yards, providing balance to Houston's offensive attack. Defensively, the Texans made key plays that swung momentum in their favor, particularly with Calen Bullock recording a sack that disrupted the Titans' rhythm. The Titans' Amani Hooker did manage to snag two interceptions, but it wasn't enough to turn the tide against a relentless Texans offense. Ultimately, Houston's ability to capitalize on scoring opportunities and control the game tempo proved decisive in their victory.
