The Seattle Seahawks cruised to a dominant 63-31 victory over the Washington Commanders in Week 3 of the 2026 season, solidifying their status as a formidable contender. With this win, the Seahawks improve their record and send a strong message about their offensive prowess as they look to make a playoff push this year. Quarterback Jalen Milroe was the star of the show, throwing for 317 yards and five touchdowns, showcasing his ability to stretch the field and find the end zone. Running back Jadarian Price added to the offensive fireworks with a spectacular 162 rushing yards, consistently breaking tackles and keeping the Commanders' defense on its heels. Wide receiver Antonio Williams was a bright spot for Washington, racking up 131 receiving yards, but it wasn’t enough to match Seattle's explosive attack. Defensively, the Seahawks made their mark with a standout performance from Bud Clark, who snagged two interceptions, turning the tide in Seattle's favor. The most crucial moment came midway through the second quarter when Clark's second pick set up another touchdown for the Seahawks, extending their lead to an insurmountable advantage. With solid tackling from Nick Emmanwori and pressure from the Seahawks' front, Washington struggled to find any rhythm, ultimately sealing their fate in this high-scoring affair.
