In a tightly contested battle in Week 11, the Jacksonville Jaguars emerged victorious over the Atlanta Falcons, taking the game 17-12. The stakes were high as both teams sought to solidify their playoff positioning, but it was the Jaguars who came out on top in this defensive showdown. Trevor Lawrence led the Jaguars' offense with a solid performance, throwing for 198 yards and two touchdowns, showcasing his ability to find key targets when it mattered most. Brian Thomas Jr. was a standout receiver, racking up 83 yards, while Bijan Robinson of the Falcons managed to lead his team on the ground with 51 rushing yards, but it wasn’t enough to secure a win. Defensively, the game was highlighted by a critical interception from Antonio Johnson of the Jaguars, which turned the momentum in favor of Jacksonville. The Falcons' defense, spearheaded by Kaiir Elam's nine total tackles and James Pearce Jr.'s two sacks, kept the pressure on but ultimately could not stop the Jaguars’ passing attack when it counted. The turning point came in the second half when Johnson's interception set up a touchdown that widened the gap and put the Jaguars in control.
