In a tightly contested Week 10 matchup, the Washington Commanders narrowly defeated the New York Giants 13-10, solidifying their playoff aspirations as the season approaches its final stretch. Both teams fought hard, but it was the Commanders who emerged victorious in a game that had major implications for their postseason hopes. Commanders running back Jacory Croskey-Merritt was the standout on offense, rushing for an impressive 100 yards and providing the spark needed to keep Washington's offense moving. Meanwhile, Giants quarterback Jaxson Dart threw for 210 yards and a touchdown, but it was not enough to secure the win despite his efforts. Isaiah Likely shined in the receiving department for New York, racking up 65 yards, but the Giants struggled to capitalize on their opportunities. Defensively, the Giants were led by Tremaine Edmunds, who recorded nine total tackles, showcasing his ability to read plays and disrupt Washington's offensive flow. Abdul Carter contributed with a sack, applying pressure on the Commanders' quarterback. However, it was a late turnover by Dart that ultimately shifted the momentum, giving the Commanders the opportunity to seal the game and walk away with a crucial victory.
