In a thrilling clash in Week 17 of the 2028 season, the Chicago Bears topped the Los Angeles Rams with a final score of 44-30. With playoff implications on the line, both teams fought hard, but it was the Bears who emerged victorious, solidifying their place in the postseason picture. Caleb Williams led the way for Chicago, throwing for three touchdowns and maintaining a strong offensive rhythm throughout the game. Bo Jackson complemented the aerial attack with a solid 80 rushing yards, while the Bears' receiving corps made critical plays to keep the chains moving. On the other side, Ty Simpson showcased his skills with a remarkable 329 passing yards, but it wasn't enough to secure the win for the Rams. Defensively, the Bears made their mark with Jaylon Johnson's two key interceptions that shifted momentum in their favor. Although the Rams' Braden Fiske recorded two sacks and Omar Speights tallied 11 tackles, it was Chicago's defensive plays that proved pivotal in the game’s outcome. The turning point came in the second half when Johnson's second interception set up a touchdown drive, allowing the Bears to pull ahead and ultimately seal the victory.
