In a dominating performance, the Washington Commanders topped the Dallas Cowboys 24-3 in Week 14 of the 2028 season. With playoff implications on the line, Washington's victory solidifies their position as a strong contender, while Dallas struggles to find their footing as the season winds down. Jayden Daniels was the standout performer for the Commanders, throwing for 263 yards and two touchdowns. His connection with Terry McLaurin was particularly lethal, as McLaurin racked up 92 receiving yards, making key plays that shifted the momentum in Washington's favor. The Commanders' offensive efficiency was crucial, allowing them to maintain control throughout the game. The Commanders' defense was equally impressive, highlighted by a stellar performance from Calijah Kancey, who recorded 1.5 sacks, and Trey Amos, who intercepted two passes. Dallas's offense struggled to find rhythm, largely due to the pressure and opportunistic play by Washington's defense. The game's turning point came when Amos's second interception set up a touchdown drive, effectively sealing the Cowboys' fate in this lopsided contest.
