The New England Patriots secured a commanding 42-21 victory over the New York Jets in Week 10 of the 2028 season. This win not only boosts the Patriots' momentum as they push for a playoff spot, but it also adds pressure on the Jets, who are now struggling to find consistency in their performance. Quarterback Drake Maye led the charge for the Patriots, throwing for 187 yards and three touchdowns, showcasing his ability to capitalize on opportunities. Meanwhile, TreVeyon Henderson dominated on the ground with 133 rushing yards, effectively moving the chains and keeping the Jets' defense on its heels. Jaylin Lane also made a significant impact in the passing game, racking up 72 receiving yards to complement Maye’s strong performance. Defensively, the Patriots were relentless, with Milton Williams recording two sacks to disrupt the Jets' offensive flow. Christian Gonzalez's four tackles helped contain the Jets' attack, while Bray Hubbard's interception was a pivotal moment that shifted momentum firmly in favor of New England. The combination of a potent offense and a stifling defense ultimately sealed the win, as the Patriots outlasted their division rivals.
