In a thrilling matchup, the Denver Broncos topped the Arizona Cardinals 34-25, securing their second victory of the young 2028 season. With both teams eager to establish momentum early on, the stakes were high as they fought for supremacy in the league standings. Bo Nix led the way for Denver, throwing for 295 yards and two touchdowns, showcasing his ability to execute in key moments. His performance was complemented by a balanced offensive attack, but it was the Broncos' passing game that kept the Cardinals' defense on their heels. On the other side, Jeremiyah Love shined for Arizona with 92 rushing yards, while Nyck Harbor emerged as a reliable target, racking up 116 receiving yards. Defensively, Tyler Onyedim was a force for the Broncos, recording two sacks that disrupted Arizona's rhythm and proved pivotal in the game. The turning point came late in the fourth quarter when Denver's defense held strong, forcing the Cardinals to settle for a field goal instead of a potential game-tying touchdown. This defensive stand ultimately allowed the Broncos to secure the win and maintain their lead in the game.
