Defenders with this ability play more powerful catch tackles that force greatly increased knockouts and fatigue penalties on Perfect catch tackles. Upgrades with TAK, ZCV, and POW.

Defenders with this ability can make spectacular interceptions while lurking in zones, and are more likely to attempt and succeed at diving swats/catches. They also have an improved catch chance on tipped passes, better ball security on interceptions, and unlimited stamina on the return (until using a special move or breaking a tackle). Upgrades with COD, ZCV, and SPD.

Defenders with this ability apply a large amount of bonus fatigue to their man coverage target after a successful press win. Upgrades with STR and CTH.

Defenders with this ability have a greatly increased chance to react much faster to receiver cut moves when in man coverage. Upgrades with MCV, COD, and PRC.
