In a dominant display, the Atlanta Falcons defeated the Washington Commanders 69-18 in Week 15 of the 2026 season. With playoff implications on the line, Atlanta showcased their offensive prowess, while Washington struggled to find answers on both sides of the ball. Michael Vick was nothing short of spectacular, throwing for 265 yards and two touchdowns, while also leading the ground game with 188 rushing yards. Kyle Pitts Sr. was his favorite target, racking up 144 receiving yards and adding another dimension to the Falcons' dynamic attack. The offensive fireworks were relentless, allowing Atlanta to build an insurmountable lead. Defensively, the Falcons were opportunistic, with Cory Trice Jr. securing two crucial interceptions that shifted momentum firmly in Atlanta's favor. Despite Dorance Armstrong's impressive 2.5 sacks for Washington, the Commanders' defense struggled to contain Vick and the Falcons' offense. The game's turning point came early in the second quarter when a pick from Trice halted a potential Washington comeback and sparked a scoring barrage from Atlanta that would seal their victory.
