In a commanding performance, the Pittsburgh Steelers topped the Indianapolis Colts 35-6 in Week 5 of the 2026 season. This victory solidifies the Steelers' position in the playoff race, showcasing their dominance on both sides of the ball. Aaron Rodgers led the charge for Pittsburgh, throwing for 273 yards and four touchdowns, effectively spreading the ball around and exploiting the Colts' defensive gaps. Mike Wallace shone as his primary target, racking up 108 receiving yards and contributing significantly to the offensive onslaught. Meanwhile, Jaylen Warren added a solid ground game with 68 rushing yards, helping the Steelers maintain control of the clock. Defensively, the Steelers were relentless, with Cam Heyward wreaking havoc by recording 3.5 sacks, consistently pressuring the Colts' offense and disrupting their rhythm. The turning point came early in the second half when a crucial interception by Matt Milano was nullified by a penalty, allowing Pittsburgh to extend their lead instead of facing a potential momentum shift. Ultimately, the Steelers' defensive prowess and timely plays ensured that the Colts could never find their footing.
