In a decisive Wildcard Round matchup, the Los Angeles Rams topped the Dallas Cowboys 35-17, securing their spot in the next round of the playoffs. With high stakes on the line, the Rams showcased their dominance, especially through the air, as they advanced in the 2026 postseason. Matthew Stafford was the standout performer, throwing for 334 yards and four touchdowns, effectively leading the Rams' potent offense. Meanwhile, CeeDee Lamb provided a bright spot for the Cowboys with 103 receiving yards, but Dallas struggled to find the end zone consistently, and a lack of a strong ground game hindered their efforts. Defensively, the Rams made a significant impact, primarily through Jaylen Watson, who recorded three interceptions, turning the tide of the game. The turning point came in the second quarter when Watson's third pick set up another quick score for Los Angeles, allowing them to build a commanding lead that Dallas could never overcome. Nate Landman also contributed with a crucial sack, further pressuring the Cowboys' offense throughout the game.
