In a hard-fought contest, the Indianapolis Colts topped the Jacksonville Jaguars 35-25 in Week 8 of the 2026 season. The victory solidifies the Colts' position in the playoff race and underscores their offensive firepower as they seek to maintain momentum moving forward. Daniel Jones led the Colts' aerial assault with 163 passing yards, but it was Jonathan Taylor's ground game that truly stole the show. The star running back racked up an impressive 181 rushing yards, consistently breaking tackles and moving the chains. Nick Westbrook-Ikhine contributed with 64 receiving yards, helping to keep the Jaguars' defense on their heels throughout the game. Defensively, the Colts managed to stifle the Jaguars' offense despite some standout performances from Jacksonville's defense. Travon Walker made his presence felt with 2.5 sacks, while Matt Milano's two interceptions kept the game from getting out of hand. However, the Colts' ability to control the clock and execute key plays in critical moments ultimately turned the tide in their favor, allowing them to secure the win.
