In a hard-fought battle, the Cleveland Browns narrowly defeated the Vancouver Lumberjacks 13-7 in Week 5 of the 2026 season. This victory was crucial for the Browns, as they look to establish momentum heading deeper into the season. The Lumberjacks fought valiantly but were unable to capitalize on their opportunities. Cleveland's Quinshon Judkins was the standout on offense, rushing for an impressive 142 yards, consistently moving the chains and controlling the tempo of the game. On the other side, Cade Klubnik of the Lumberjacks showcased his arm with 237 passing yards and a touchdown, finding Adonai Mitchell for a key 96 receiving yards. Despite the offensive efforts from both teams, it was the Browns' ability to grind out tough yards that made the difference. Defensively, Tyson Campbell was a game-changer for the Browns, racking up five tackles and snagging two interceptions, which proved pivotal in stifling Vancouver's offensive drives. Will McDonald IV provided pressure on the other side with two sacks, but it was Campbell's timely turnovers that swung the momentum in Cleveland's favor. The critical turning point came late in the fourth quarter when Campbell's second interception sealed the game, ensuring the Browns walked away with the win.
