The Green Bay Packers topped the New England Patriots with a decisive 35-17 victory in Week 9 of the 2026 season, solidifying their playoff aspirations. With both teams looking to secure a crucial win, the Packers showcased their offensive firepower, setting the tone for a dominant performance. Quarterback Jordan Love led the charge for Green Bay, throwing for 308 yards and two touchdowns, while running back Josh Jacobs added a strong ground game with 109 rushing yards. Adonai Mitchell was Love's favorite target, racking up 133 receiving yards and proving to be a constant threat downfield. Together, this trio played a pivotal role in driving the Packers' success. Defensively, the Packers received a boost from Brandon Cisse, who not only recorded an interception but also helped keep the Patriots at bay. The turning point in the game came when Cisse's interception shifted momentum back to Green Bay, allowing them to capitalize on the ensuing drive and extend their lead. While Robert Spillane of the Patriots made his presence felt with nine tackles and a sack, it was not enough to overcome the Packers' offensive onslaught.
