In a dominating performance, the Buffalo Bills topped the New England Patriots 38-6 in Week 4 of the 2026 season. The victory solidifies the Bills' position as a formidable contender, while the Patriots continue to struggle, seeking answers as they head deeper into the season. Quarterback Josh Allen showcased his prowess, throwing for 241 yards and three touchdowns, leading the Bills' explosive offense. Saquon Barkley added a powerful ground game, racking up 121 rushing yards, while Khalil Shakir emerged as a reliable target with 76 receiving yards, contributing to a balanced and effective offensive attack. Defensively, the Bills were relentless, with Greg Rousseau recording 1.5 sacks that disrupted the Patriots' rhythm throughout the game. The turning point came in the second quarter when Buffalo's defense forced a turnover, allowing the offense to capitalize and extend their lead. The Patriots' lone bright spot was Robert Spillane, who tallied 11 tackles, but it wasn't enough to stem the tide of Buffalo's comprehensive victory.
