Defenders with this ability allow fewer broken tackles when hit-sticking ballcarriers - regardless of the runner's size or power, have a larger perfect hit-stick window, and cause more fumbles with them. Upgrades with POW, TAK, and STR.

Defenders with this ability can make spectacular interceptions while lurking in zones, and are more likely to attempt and succeed at diving swats/catches. They also have an improved catch chance on tipped passes, better ball security on interceptions, and unlimited stamina on the return (until using a special move or breaking a tackle).
