Defenders with this ability can make spectacular interceptions while lurking in zones, and are more likely to attempt and succeed at diving swats/catches. Upgrades with COD, ZCV, and SPD.

Defenders with this ability do not need to spend stamina on shed attempts during a run play. Upgrades with BSH and STR.
