Players with this ability will recover from the effects of Wear and Tear and fatigue at an increased rate between plays. Upgrades with STR and STA.

Defenders with this ability can make spectacular interceptions while lurking in zones, and are more likely to attempt and succeed at diving swats/catches. They also have an improved catch chance on tipped passes. Upgrades with COD, ZCV, and SPD.
